Wendy Almonte is a dynamic and results-driven healthcare executive with 16 years of experience leading operational strategy, marketing, and business development. She currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Hudson Pro Health and Hudson Pro Orthopedics, where she oversees a multidisciplinary team of over 100 employees across multiple locations in New York and New Jersey.
Wendy has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, optimizing workflows, and strengthening partnerships with referring providers, attorneys, and vendors to drive surgical volume and improve patient outcomes. Prior to her role as COO, she held leadership positions as Director of Marketing and Managing Partner within healthcare organizations focused on orthopedic and pain management services.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from New Jersey City University in 2011. A proud community advocate, Wendy has served since 2018 as Chairwoman of the Housing Authority in West New York, and is an active member of various women’s empowerment groups in Hudson County.
Outside of her professional work, Wendy enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with her husband and their daughter—her greatest joy and inspiration.
