Now serving as Director of Human Resources, Maria uses that experience to foster a workplace that is both operationally efficient and deeply people-centered.
She holds an Associate Degree in Health Science from Hudson County Community College and is widely respected for her adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to step in wherever she’s needed.
Outside the office, Maria is an avid and accomplished salsa dancer who brings rhythm and energy to everything she does. She loves spending time with her family and embraces an active lifestyle filled with movement, music, and meaningful moments.
